Local Market Growth
The Beck Road Novi area has seen a great deal of
economic prosperity. The recent
development of the
Beck Road industrial parks, the office complexes around the new M-5 corridor
and Haggerty Road, the
new Rock Financial Showplace, the enlarged Providence Hospital complex at
Grand River and Beck, and
the Wixom Road developments with the new Catholic Central High School all
indicate economic growth.
In addition, the very successful Beck Road Spa and new Lifetime Fitness Center
have seen incredible
success. Ryder Systems, Inc. is
also consolidating its various locations into one headquarters off M-5.
